Front Desk Complimentary Services: we work with a shuttle company that arranges transportation to/from airports at a favorable rate we work with a local car rental company that makes it very easy to pick up and drop off the rental car; we work with multiple tour companies that arrange trips to Miami, Orlando, Key West, Cape Canaveral, and the Everglades; we offer recommendations regarding dining, trips, driving, local attractions; we book tickets for many local attractions from the front desk.

The hotel has 68 rooms: hotel rooms, studios, efficiency apartments, and one-bedroom apartments. Our standard single room is equipped with: two double beds; shower & bath; air conditioning & heat; medium refrigerator; direct dial phone; tile or carpet; cable TV with a remote (50+ channels); Our efficiency is equipped just like our motel rooms with the addition of a fully equipped kitchen that includes: electric range oven; kitchen table with two chairs; dishes and silverware; large refrigerator; coffee maker; toaster. Our one-bedroom apartment is equipped just like our efficiency with the addition of a living room that includes: sleeping sofa; videotape player; two armchairs; kitchen table with four chairs.
